School Uniforms

Waikowhai Intermediate School requires students to wear the required regulation uniform in school at all times. This gives a sense of belonging.  It allows all children to be equally well dressed.

SUMMER UNIFORM - Terms 1 & 4

A plain navy bucket hat is compulsory for all students and is available from the Uniform Shop.

GIRLS  

Footwear: Black sandals or BLACK LEATHER LACE UP school shoes with plain white ankle socks.  

SNEAKERS AND SPORTS SHOES ARE ONLY TO BE WORN FOR PYSICAL EDUCATION

Dress: Blue culottes, blue polo shirt with school monogram, fleecy top with school  monogram

BOYS

Footwear: Black sandals or BLACKLEATHER LACE UP school shoes with school regulation knee high socks.

WINTER UNIFORM - Terms 2 & 3

GIRLS:

Dress: Blue culottes or long pants, blue polo shirt with school monogram, fleecy top with school monogram

BOYS:

Footwear: BLACK LEATHER LACE UP school shoes with school socks

Dress: Navy shorts or long pants, blue polo shirt with school monogram, fleecy with school monogram

PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS – ALL STUDENTS

- sport shoes with sports socks must be worn for general fitness and sport

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Jackets: A school jacket may be ordered through the School Uniform Shop.  If you do not purchase a school jacket, then a plain navy, red or black jacket may be worn to offer protection during the winter when outside the classroom.
